What a wonderful place to completely unwind! Right on the Linge, this cottage is waiting for you to have an unforgettable time! Swimming, BBQing, supping, table tennis, fishing, relaxing in the hammock or even bring your own boat (trailer ramp right next to the cottage): it's all possible! On warm days you can relax under the big weeping willow. In the evening, enjoy the fireplace by the terrace or sit on the deck by the water. The cottage has a living room with open kitchen (including dishwasher), separate shower and separate toilet. In addition, there are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with an extra top mattress of 160 x 200 cm. Bedroom 2 has two separate single beds of 80 x 200 cm. Pillows and comforters (all 1 person comforters) are provided. You must bring your own bed linen (comforter covers and fitted sheets), kitchen linen and (bath) towels.
Nature and surroundings
Be enchanted by the river landscape around the Linge - waking up to birdsong, views over the babbling water and endless walking and cycling paths along orchards and vast meadows. The Linge meanders like a hidden pearl through the Betuwe landscape, where you can enjoy peace, space and nature in its purest form from your terrace. In spring the fruit trees are in bloom, in summer you sail between cows and reed beds, and in autumn you walk past colorful orchards - every season has its charm. For nature lovers and peace seekers Rumpt is an oasis: herons, kingfishers and even beavers are not exceptions but neighbors here. Cycle or walk from the chalet through picturesque villages, over dikes and past orchards, with terraces, local stores and views of castles and church towers along the way. Utrecht and Den Bosch are a 20-minute drive away.
