In a small hamlet of rural houses nestled in the woods a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore you will have in the attic area a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with bathtub, bathroom with shower downstairs, fully equipped kitchen, garden, public parking. In the old rural house where you will stay the presence of wood and stone are a constant and the renovation has made the spaces comfortable, highlighting their originality. During your stay you will also enjoy an open-air space, that is, a small garden equipped with a barbecue, garden table and chairs, umbrella and deck chairs. You will have the entire house at your disposal, which is adjacent to our home, and therefore you can have your privacy, but if you need help, advice, suggestions or anything else, do not hesitate to ring the next door! There is no problem for the car, as there is a public parking lot available just a few steps from the house.
Nature and surroundings
Our facility is attentive to responsible and sustainable tourism. That is why for the environment and energy saving we use low-consumption light bulbs everywhere in the house and environmentally friendly products for cleaning and laundry, which is also free when it is sunny thanks to a photovoltaic system. From the house you can set off on walks and treks among the mountains, reaching scenic spots both toward valleys and the lake. You can also take nature trails by bike through a long and beautiful bike path, which in several sections runs along the river. The lake can be reached in a short time, and many beaches, both equipped and public and quiet, can be reached easily.
