Nature house in Burgh-Haamstede

Everything you need to get away from it all is there. From a delicious cup of coffee to a blissful walk-in shower. Fridge to put a bottle of bubbles cold or whatever. In short, just great.

Alles wat je nodig hebt om er ns helemaal tussenuit te zijn is aanwezig. Van een heerlijk kopje koffie tot een zalige inloop douche. Koelkastje om n flesje bubbels koud te zetten of wat dan ook. Kortom gewoon top.

The cottage is located in a quiet part of Burgh-Haamstede, but still near the center. After 100m walk you can choose between walks through beautiful forest and dune landscapes, or you choose to pick up the very cozy and quiet center with beautiful boutiques where you can score all kinds of nice things at fair prices. Both in terms of clothing and smaller accessories you are really good. There is also no lack of wonderful places to eat and drink. You have a wide choice of really nice restaurants with something for everyone on the menu. Whether you are just a Burgundian with an appetite for a nice piece of meat with all the trimmings or rather the vegetarian type that prefers a slightly healthier twist. There really is something for everyone. And after you walk back into the house after a wonderful day out, you enjoy the tranquility and comfort that you as a human being can only desire. In short n highly recommended as far as we are concerned.

Het huisje ligt in een rustig stukje van Burgh-Haamstede, maar toch nog nabij het centrum. Na 100m stappen kunt u kiezen tussen wandelingen door prachtige bos en duinlandschappen, of je kiest om het uiterst gezellige en rustige centrumpje mee te pikken met mooie boetiekjes waar je voor eerlijke prijzen allerlei leuke spullen tegen echt wel goeie prijzen kunt scoren. Zowel qua kledij als kleinere accessoires zit je er echt wel goed. Ook aan schitterende eet-en drinkgelegenheden ontbreekt het er niet. Je hebt een ruime keuze uit echt heel gezellige restaurantjes met voor elk wat wils op het menu. Of je nu eenmaal een Bourgondiër bent met trek in een lekker stukje vlees met alles erop en eraan of eerder het vegetarische type dat liever een net iets gezondere twist heeft. Er is werkelijk voor elk wat wils. En nadat je na een heerlijk dagje uit terug het huisje binnenwandelt, geniet je volop v de rust en comfort dat je als mens maar kunt verlangen. Kortom n echte aanrader wat ons betreft.

It is a cozy cottage, perfect for a weekend getaway. The options for cooking (inside) are a bit limited though, which is good to know in advance.

Het is een knus huisje, perfect voor een weekendje weg. De mogelijkheden om (binnen) te koken zijn wel wat beperkt, dat is wel goed om van te voren te weten.

A beautiful cottage both close to the village center and nature! We enjoyed it.
