Attractive, well-insulated chalet (75 m²) on a green plot of 750 m² in a quiet park. Enjoy privacy, tranquility and views of the forest garden through the large windows. On the veranda you can relax. Inside it is comfortable with a spacious living room with nice sitting area and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom (2023) with bathtub, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a bedroom with generous bed (180×220 cm). The house has central heating, mosquito nets, blinds, ceiling fans, wifi and has a private parking space. The garden is a nature lover's paradise with many birds, hedgehogs, insects, butterflies and a natural pond. The birds have several feeding silos and water baths at their disposal. A few stray cats regularly come for a bite to eat (they do not come inside and leave the birds alone). For tenants who like to feed the animals suitable pet food is available, this is of course not an obligation.
Nature and surroundings
When there is no rain in summer during a rental period, the garden may need to be watered (we like to keep the garden as green as it is). If tenants prefer not to do this themselves (which is of course completely fine), we will, of course, in consultation about a suitable time, just come and water it ourselves. Discover the area? We were warmly welcomed with delicious apple tips. Also for free there was a thick layer of snow that made the area look very fairy-like and the large windows in the house made it look like a painting. In short, we had a great time and highly recommended.
