This farmhouse dates back to 1840 and has been converted into a spacious, child-friendly, and comfortable nature house. The house has two floors. You’ll be staying in the Upper Living Area, where two rooms—each with its own private bathroom—are available as B&B accommodations. You have chosen Room 1, the double room, which comes with a modern private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The bathroom is located in the hallway, less than 5 meters from the room. The spacious and cozy living room, complete with a TV and large dining table, is intended for shared use. However, exclusive use is also possible; in that case, the other room will not be rented out. Breakfast is not included in the price. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, and motorcyclists looking for a beautiful and peaceful location. Please note: There are steps and small staircases. Not suitable for wheelchairs or walkers. Dogs are not allowed.
Nature and surroundings
This charming nature house is located near the Belgium-Luxembourg-Germany tri-border area in the Belgian Eifel/Ardennes, with the award-winning Vennbahn bike route running right behind it. Its peaceful and picturesque location on the outskirts of the village of Oudler, in the municipality of Burg Reuland, guarantees unobstructed views of the fields and hills where roe deer regularly come to graze. This southern part of the High Fens Nature Park in German-speaking Eastern Belgium remains untouched by mass tourism. It is an ideal starting point for every conceivable outdoor activity. In less than 10 minutes, you can be in Germany or Luxembourg. Electric cars can be (fast) charged nearby, for example at the Massen Shopping Center (7 km away, 52 charging stations/22 kWh) or Esso Huldang (100/300 kWh).
