Large detached house in the mountains of Northern Italy, with a stunning panoramic view and a large garden. Ideal for winter and summer vacations. Summer Enjoy the large garden with endless fun for children: a trampoline, an above-ground pool (July–September), ping-pong, and a tennis post. Many beautiful hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the immediate vicinity. Winter Guaranteed snow for winter sports in Europe’s highest ski resort, featuring the world’s longest downhill run! Ski at the foot of the world-famous Matterhorn and take a day trip to Zermatt (but be sure to enjoy lunch and coffee in Italy :-)). The House Welcome to our 200m² family home, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped open kitchen (Quooker, dishwasher, Miele oven, and steam oven), as well as 3 balconies and a rooftop terrace. Sheets and towels included. On-site parking. Rocket espresso machine for a truly Italian start to the day. Ideal for 1 or 2 families. Groups of friends are not permitted.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the village of Antey-Saint-André, nestled in the beautiful Matterhorn Valley. Immerse yourself in nature, but you can also walk to the village in 10 minutes for groceries, lunch, delicious Italian ice cream, or the lovely playground with a cable car. A river flows past the house and the garden. A 15-minute drive away lies the authentic village of Valtournenche, with a charming village square and nice restaurants. Many beautiful hiking trails start here, as well as the ski lift. Take the beautiful hike from La Madeleine to the car-free village of Chamois, after which you can take the cable car back down. The ski area is one of the highest in Europe and therefore has excellent snow conditions. You can even go summer skiing there! The area spans three regions and two countries: Valtournenche, Breuil-Cervinia, and Zermatt. Skiing in Torgnon and Chamois is also ideal for families with younger children. Aosta: 25-minute drive. Turin: 1.5-hour drive Milan: 1.5–2-hour drive (ideal for flying into Malpensa, Bergamo, or Linate)

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €300.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
