On our estate there is a small house that used to be used for farm help. Now we have converted and furnished it for rest lovers. The cottage is fully equipped and very suitable for nature lovers, hikers, canoeists, Sailors, swimmers etc. etc. Besides this small house is our big house (grimmeland 3). This can also be rented and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Nature and surroundings
Our little estate is in the middle of the forest. A 10 min drive away is a lovely private beach on a huge and clean lake. At 25 min drive is the sea with many hiking trails and swimming opportunities. Always quiet because this is Sweden :-) There is a sailboat on trailer at the house. So do you like sailing: use it.

Absolutely great—clean and fully equipped
Helemaal top, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien
A lovely and beautiful spot, located on a sandy path with virtually no traffic—all you can hear are birds. The cottage was fully equipped and served as a great base for many lovely trips. The coast is nearby, and there are plenty of places to do your grocery shopping. The tips provided were very helpful, especially the private beach where you can enjoy a wonderful swim. The owners were very helpful. Definitely recommended!
Een heerlijke en prachtige plek, gelegen aan een zandpad dus zo goed als geen verkeer, je hoort alleen vogels. Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor veel mooie tripjes. Ze kust ligt vlakbij en er zijn ook genoeg mogelijkheden om boodschappen te doen. De meegestuurde tips waren erg welkom, vooral het privestrand waar je heerlijk kan zwemmen. De eigenaren waren zeer behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!
