The house features a large, traditional living kitchen with modern appliances, a cozy dining room and a living room with sitting area. On the ground floor is the first bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, including a spacious walk-in shower. On the second floor are the other two bedrooms: the first has a double bed and the second is a large connected family room with a double bed and two single beds. A crib is available. Furthermore, there is a second bathroom on this floor.The house is surrounded by a beautiful terrace, southwest facing, with an unobstructed view of the hills. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, lounge set and two sun beds, and has an outdoor shower and a BBQ. It is fully fenced and safe for children and dogs. Parking is available on private property, but is shared with neighbors.
Nature and surroundings
The Colli Tortonesi, the hills southeast of Tortona, are known for their gastronomy, beautiful hills and authentic towns. The most famous regional product is the Derthona white wine, made from the Timorasso grape. An original grape that has been brought back to life by local wine producers. You can also enjoy the Montebore cheese, delicious peaches from Volpedo and the Monleale red wine. The hills also offer beautiful views and are ideal for hiking and biking. There is a wide choice of traditional Italian restaurants. The central location in northern Italy also makes the house perfect for day trips to Barolo, Milan or the Ligurian coast, all about an hour to an hour and a half away or via good train connection thanks to the nearby station in Tortona.
