The stuga is located on our small-scale regenerative farm in southern Sweden. It is a place for people who like to be outdoors, love simplicity and enjoy experiencing daily farm life up close. The cottage is about 30 m² in size and completely renovated in '24/'25. It is simply but comfortably furnished and has two bedrooms (three beds). The ceiling has exposed beams at about 1.90 meters in height; something to consider if you are tall. Outside you have a private garden with garden furniture, a private driveway and parking space. Upon arrival there are always fresh eggs waiting for you. On our farm we grow seasonal vegetables and potatoes and keep chickens, all without pesticides. In season, these products are available in our small farm store. Guests are welcome to look around and take a leisurely stroll in the vegetable garden. If you are curious about our way of working, we are happy to tell you more about it.
Nature and surroundings
The farm is located in Jälluntofta, a small village in Hylte kommun. In the morning you wake up to bird sounds and life on the farm, in the evening it is dark and quiet here. Because you stay with us on a farm, the daily work is part of it. We move our chickens every three days and sometimes you can hear our little tractor early in the morning. The lake "Jällunden" with swimming dock is within walking distance and directly from the cottage you walk up the Jälluntoftaleden. A beautiful route through forests and along open countryside. For those looking for a little more liveliness now and then, Jälluntofta camping is about 1.5 km away. In the villages of Reftele and Unnaryd there are facilities such as a supermarket. The place and the cottage best suit one or two adults who are looking for peace, nature and a simple stay close to the outdoors. Due to the animals that live with us on the farm, unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
