In the heart of Burgundy, in Curgy. A simple off-the-grid cottage surrounded by nature. 500 m² of land with a stream and a patch of bamboo forest. Layout: cozy living area with patio doors, a dining table, and a sitting area. Dining table. Adjacent to this is a separate sleeping area with a small sink. (: Wood stove and a Velux skylight above the bed so you can see the starry sky every night. The cottage was built using eco-friendly methods with plenty of recycled materials. NOTE!! This is a cottage for nature lovers. There is a small sink inside the cottage. The kitchen and bathroom facilities (shower/toilet) are located 40 m from the cottage. We enjoy welcoming people who truly love nature and value simplicity and authenticity. We have a large permaculture garden and offer evening meals made with organic produce upon request. Nature and surroundings
The cottage is nestled between the wooded Morvan region, with its many lakes, and the wine region—Nolay and Beaune—on the other side. There are many hiking trails in the area, as well as a “voie verte,” a bike path that follows an old railroad line from Autun to Beaune.The house is located in the heart of Burgundy; Curgy is 6 km from Autun, a medieval town with a cathedral, a Roman theater, and aqueducts. To the east lies the wine region, including Nolay, Beaune, and Couche. Right near the house is a “voie verte,” a bike path winding through farmland and vineyards. Curgy is situated between the forested Morvan region and the Côte d’Or wine region. In the summer, there are many festivals and charming markets.

• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refunded
• on the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €50.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
