The detached house sleeps 18 people with a living room with fireplace and open kitchen, a multipurpose room with table soccer (kicker) and pool table, There are 7 bedrooms and (at least) 3 bathrooms (the 4th is being rebuilt) In the large garden by the spacious terrace, children will find a playground ... and for the parents there is next to the new sauna-barrelton also a brand new hot tub, which you can rent as an option :-) Ideal for an Ardennes wellness weekend, your dog is also welcome in the vacation home! PLEASE NOTE: We plan in 2025-26 the start of an annex with completely new wellness area and larger living room. You have as a tenant little affected by the construction, which connects to the side of the existing cottage. soweiso there is no work when guests are staying! ;-) Unfortunately, we can (at this moment ) no timetable for this ...
Nature and surroundings
This cottage is located in Petite Mormont, between Houffalize and La Roche-en-Ardenne, and has a large (fenced) garden. Through the woods you are only 15 to 20 minutes walking in Achouffe. The gîte is thus well located to make mapped out walking and cycling trips, such as the fairy walk in Achouffe.... and the brewery of Achouffe is not so far away to visit ;-)
