Nature lovers, relax in this exceptional accommodation located in a quiet hamlet in the Vosges Saônoise, a paradise for cyclists and hikers, at the foot of the Plateau des 1000 étangs. This former miller's house, built on the banks of the river, has been completely renovated by us in the "Scandinavian chalet" style. In summer, enjoy a spacious swimming pool and the cool waters of the Breuchin in a green setting. In winter, you'll appreciate the warm, cosy atmosphere of the wood. The chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 10-12 people, on a surface area of around 200m2. It's ideal for bringing together several families with children, or a group of cycling friends, for example. Quality sleeping accommodation, two spacious bathrooms with shower and WC, laundry room. Modern, well-equipped kitchen (fondue and raclette machines). Several lounges with TV, internet (wifi and ethernet), books and games. Large bicycle storage room with table soccer.
Nature and surroundings
You have access to a wonderful riverside garden (not adjoining the accommodation), with a private enclosed area of 64m2 out of sight (tables, barbecue, fridge, outdoor crockery set), shaded garden furniture, and a flat, sunny playground of 600m2 (swimming pool, badminton/volleyball nets, table tennis, etc.). Relax in a deckchair, listening to the sound of the water, while children play in the river under the arches of the bridge. At night, you can even build a campfire by the water ("fire bowl" available). Fishing is possible on site (fishing permit available). Numerous hiking and mountain-biking trails nearby. Voie verte 20 minutes away by car (cycling, rollerblading, ski-wheeling...) Private parking (4 vehicles, 2 reinforced sockets for electric recharging). Please respect the peace and quiet of the site: no parties, no loud music, complete peace and quiet after 10pm. Swimming pool not accessible after 8pm.
