This spacious detached house is divided into two apartments with private entrance, each for 4 people. Apartment Lavandes has a large terrace with table, chairs, barbecue and hammock and has unobstructed views of the green hills, pool and spacious garden. It is situated at about 150 m altitude, which makes it pleasantly cool during hot summer days at night. The swimming pool of about 4.5 x 9 m and spacious garden with bowling alley are for the exclusive use of the tenants of the two apartments. Layout: living room with corner sofa and round dining table with dining chairs and sofa, pallet stove, flat screen TV, kitchen with all necessary equipment, hall, separate toilet, bathroom with sink and walk-in shower, two double bedrooms. The house is very suitable for two families who like to hang out together and still have their own accommodation!
Nature and surroundings
It is very quietly located in the green on the outskirts of the charming village of Villamblard between the medieval towns of Bergerac and Perigueux in the Perigord, Dordogne. a.o. Proxi supermarket, bakery and eateries are within walking distance in the village, as well as a charging point for electric cars. The road on which the house is located leads to the village on the left (5 minutes walk) and right into the forest where a hiking trail begins. Come and enjoy the tranquility of the French countryside and forests, or the beautiful historic towns, culture, cosy markets, local gastronomy, cycling, walking, or enjoy the peace and quiet on your terrace or by the pool overlooking the green hills.
