Living area The vacation home has a plot of 100sqm² for exclusive use. The house has a large living and dining area with a fitted kitchen. Bathroom The vacation home has one bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower, washbasin, hairdryer and a washing machine. Bedroom The vacation home has a bedroom with two single beds, the bedroom is equipped with a chest of drawers and a TV. Further sleeping possibilities are the sofa bed (extendable 200x160cm) in the living room. Outdoor area In the outdoor area you will find a small garden and a terrace. On the terrace there is a covered seating area with a parasol and a gas barbecue. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the valley. In front of the vacation home there is 1 parking space on the street (gravelled, dead end). There are further parking spaces about 100m away. Pets Pets are allowed in our house!

Explore the many hiking and cycling trails, such as the 32 km long cycle path around the knot, or enjoy the fresh air and untouched nature in the adjacent nature reserves and fauna-flora habitat areas. The Krombach dam, just a stone's throw away, offers you numerous leisure activities. Whether sailing or surfing - the excellent wind conditions make it possible! For relaxing days by the water, the bathing area at the Krombachtalsperre, the Seeweiher near Mengerskirchen or the Heisterberger Weiher with its spacious sunbathing lawn invite you to sunbathe and linger.
