Our nature house is just over 100m² in size, with 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with two bunk beds and double doors onto a terrace), a dormitory (typical of high-mountain chalets), a large living/dining room with wood-burning stove and a kitchen. Set in a large garden and woodland, forest atmosphere guaranteed!
Nature and surroundings
Our nature house is located in MAREST 62550. Our cottage is in the middle of a 140-hectare forest. This forest is full of animals of all kinds: Deer, hares, pheasants, woodcock, pigeons, thrushes and a whole host of other animal species. Our forest is about to be classified as an eco-responsible forest respecting biodiversity for forests of less than 250ha. Approval is currently being sought from the French Ministry of Ecological Transition. Great walks in the forest's long avenues, as well as around the forest. The historic site of Azincourt is 10 km away. Famous battle in 1415 during the Hundred Years' War between the Kingdom of France and Henry 2 of England. Magnificent Donjon de Bourg 2 km away. Beautiful surrounding countryside with a number of parks and gardens, including: - Parc d'Olhain - Bois de Maroeuil - Jardin de Séricourt - Jardin des lianes - Château de Fressin.
