Our cozy mobile homes are on our small, 6-acre nature campsite in the Corréze region of France, near the charming town of Uzerche. Surrounded by its own forest, a babbling river and even a waterfall on the grounds, this is the perfect place for a romantic stay or a break from the busy life. Our campsite has spacious sites, plenty of nature and above all plenty of peace and quiet. Guests often tell us that they really relax here and we love to hear that. The mobile homes are furnished with a comfortable double bed, a table and 2 chairs. An outdoor kitchenette with gas stove. No water. You can use the sanitary block on the campsite. A small fridge is available. If necessary, a futon can be placed for 1 small child there. Outside you will enjoy your own sitting area overlooking the greenery and hear nothing but birds and rustling leaves. There is wifi at the reception terrace, but not in the mobile homes themselves. Bed linen and towels included.
Nature and surroundings
Corrèze is known for its green hills, rivers, authentic villages, castles and Limousin cattle. The cities of Brive and Limoges are about a 40-minute drive away. In high season, the evening markets in the area are very popular. In Uzerche, 10 minutes away by car, there is one every Friday. A very nice, experience! Several local producers have their goods displayed and these can be consumed directly at large tables. A bbq is available and there is music. Sports enthusiasts can bike, hike, kayak on the Vézère River or visit a tree climbing park in the area. Chateau Pompadour is nearby and the town of Segur le Chateau is also recommended. At our campsite there is a (fishing) lake and you can use the canoes. We do not have a swimming pool, but there are several swimming lakes in the area and there is an outdoor pool in Uzerche. In short; a wonderful vacation spot to enjoy.
