Welcome to our charming, newly renovated house in the province of Blekinge, southern Sweden. You have complete privacy and a wonderful place to unwind and fully enjoy yourself with a sea of space in and around the house. Our house consists of 2 independent apartments. There is the possibility to rent one apartment or the whole house with the 2 apartments. Both apartments have 4 sleeping places. When renting the whole house, the lower apartment can also be used only for sleeping. Should you only rent the upper apartment then the lower apartment is not rented, so privacy is guaranteed. Are you with a large family, two families, a large family or with friends, all combinations are possible. We have decorated the house beautifully and comfortably. It is vulnerable by beautiful furniture. We do not charge a cleaning fee but do expect it to be left as encountered so the next guests can move back in without cleaning.
Nature and surroundings
Our house is an ideal place for nature lovers, peace seekers and active holidaymakers. You stay here in the middle of greenery, 10 minutes drive from a large and quiet (swimming) lake and 15 minutes from the Baltic Sea with its beautiful, protected archipelago. The area offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, kayaking and swimming. Directly nearby runs the long-distance ARK56 trail network, with hiking trails, cycling routes and boating routes, connecting lakes, forests and the coastal area. A 20-minute drive away is Karlskrona, a charming maritime town, with museums, churches, stores and restaurants, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The historic town of Ronneby, known for its beautiful park and spa history is also a 20-minute drive away. Inside the house you will enjoy comfort and tranquility, outside a green, quiet environment with plenty of privacy. The perfect base to explore the beautiful province of Blekinge or just to do nothing at all.

The kitchen is well-equipped. The only thing missing is a freezer compartment in the refrigerator, but that’s easily solved with a separate freezer.
The lower level (basement) is quite cool. It’s nice on hot days, but takes some getting used to on cooler days. If you’re traveling with six people, privacy might be an issue for some, especially during a longer stay.
The host, Jaap, is approachable, friendly, and responds quickly. And—important for many teens—there’s Wi-Fi and a TV.
We (2 adults, 2 teenage children) would definitely consider coming back here. The double bed was even more comfortable than our own ;). All in all, a quintessentially Swedish and lovely getaway for anyone who loves peace and nature.De keuken is goed uitgerust. Wij (2 volwassenen, 2 kinderen in tienerleeftijd) zouden hier best nog eens terug kunnen komen. Het tweepersoonsbed sliep beter dan dat van onszelf ;). Al met al een behoorlijk typische Zweedse en fijne getaway voor wie van rust en natuur houdt.We had a wonderful time in this quietly situated nature house. Within minutes, you’re in the woods, where you can enjoy excellent hiking, running, and mountain biking. We didn’t try swimming here, but we did go swimming in the archipelago while canoeing. It was absolutely fantastic, as was barbecuing in the nearby Lindö Uden nature reserve. All in all, we had a wonderfully relaxing stay.
Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit rustig gelegen natuurhuisje. Het huisje ligt midden in een natuurreservaat en vlakbij prachtige wandel- en mtb-routes. Het is er (op de leuke varkentjes van de vriendelijke buurman na en ‘s avonds af en toe langsscharrelende das) lekker stil. Binnen enkele minuten ben je in het bos waar je uitstekend kunt wandelen, hardlopen en mountainbiken. Zwemmen hebben we hier niet geprobeerd, maar wel in de archipel tijdens het kanoën. Helemaal super, evenals grillen in nabijgelegen natuurreservaat Lindö Uden. Al met al hebben we een heerlijk ontspannen verblijf gehad.
