In the heart of the mountain, this nature house with breathtaking views of the Vall d'Albaida and nature reserve of the Cim de Benicadell is located. The cottage 70m2 has a private entrance with large enclosed terrace and is located under the main house. It has 2 spacious cozy bedrooms, a relaxing living room with fully equipped open kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The covered terrace has an outdoor table and on the open terrace you can enjoy the sun.Upstairs on the back terrace of the big house you can cool off in the shared pool and enjoy the view.The 3 dogs provide lots of cuddles and safety on the property. Other dogs are welcome after consultation.There is no smoking in the cottage and on site out of respect for nature and in connection with fire safety. The cottage is provided with electricity through solar panels and the water supply comes from collected and filtered rainwater.
Nature and surroundings
Just over an hour's drive from Alicante and Valencia airports, Casita en Verda is located in the middle of the breathtaking natural area of the Cim de Benicadell. In the heart of the mountain, overlooking the Vall D'Albaida and the mountain top Waking up with the beautiful sunrise and in the evening the setting sun provides a special color palette over the valley. The casita is the starting point for various activities such as cycling, hiking, there are several hiking trails, motorcycling and climbing. Cultural sights such as Alcoy, the waterfalls of Anna, Boicarent and to the white beaches of Gandia and Oliva are 35 minutes away. In this area live among others the eagle, the eagle owl, the fox, the wild boar and the Spanish stag. There are also several smaller animals to be considered. The village of Castelló de Rugat is 12 minutes away by car, with amenities such as restaurants, bars, supermarket and pharmacy.
