The detached, spacious country house is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by an olive and almond grove as well as citrus, fig and carob trees. Here you can spend relaxing days and enjoy wonderful evenings under the stars. The private 7×4 m saltwater pool with sun terrace and a covered terrace invites you to cool off. The finca country house is suitable for 8 people. It has two large covered terraces, one with a 3 m long dining table, sofa and rocking chairs. The living room has an open fireplace, the spacious open kitchen with dining room is fully equipped. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms each with 1.80 m wide double beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is a suite with double bed, integrated bathroom and large balcony, partly covered, as well as a junior suite with double bed, spacious separate bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet and a beautiful sun terrace.
Nature and surroundings
The finca is located 1.5 km from the picturesque village of El Perelló and 3 km from the coast with the beaches of Perello Mar, Cap Roig and L'Ampolla. There are no crowded beaches here, but picturesque bays with chiringuitos (early May - late September) and many opportunities for cycling and hiking. Old Roman paths offer wonderful hiking opportunities. El Perelló has retained its own character and is characterized by narrow streets, restaurants and bars. Walks, bike tours and hiking routes are possible directly from the house. Near the Ebro Delta, the biosphere reserve between the sea and the mountains, there are plenty of excursions to the rice fields and for birdwatchers. Here, nature with its rosemary and pine scents invites you to recharge your batteries and discover an authentic, peaceful and wild region.
