Former children's colony. -Surface area is 41 m² -Single floor -Spacious living room with a cozy sitting area, coffee table and a cozy wood stove -Open kitchen with a dining table for 4 people -Sleeping room with 2 single beds (80x200) (pushed together to form a double bed) -Sleeping room with a bunk bed (90x200) -Bathroom equipped with spacious walk-in shower, sink cabinet and toilet -Kitchen equipped with necessary kitchen utensils such as crockery, cutlery and pans, as well as a 4-burner gas hob, an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine -Supplied with WIFI and a smart TV on which you can watch TV with your own TV/streaming service subscription(s) via apps -Secure terrace/garden enclosed. - The nature house also has a covered terrace on the other side. For the dog -Water and food bowl In cottage is room for two (medium) dogs. Other compositions in consultation possibly possible.
Nature and surroundings
We have especially for dog owners, 6 cottages in the mountains in central France with fenced playground. The property is located in the Montagne Bourbonnaise (mid-mountain range); the green heart of France in the Auvergne region, department Allier. On a clear day you can look 96 km away from our property! You can then see the Puy de Dôme very beautifully; this is a volcano that has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2018. You also have many old churches and castles to admire here. For example, our own Notre-Dame in our property; an old Romanesque church. You can make great walks here along waterfalls, lakes, forests, mountains and meadows with the typical French Charolais cows. We also have hiking trails you can do from our property. There are many MTB/ ATB/ VTT routes. A very short distance away there is 'Plan d'eau Saint Clément' where you can swim together with your dog(s), fish and do different water sports! And much more
