In the heart of the Langhe, among hills and organic hazelnut groves, stands this 19th-century farmhouse, just a few kilometers from Alba. Renovated with care and respect for its history, this stone dwelling welcomes guests in an authentic atmosphere, where sustainability is the protagonist: natural materials, photovoltaic panels, ecological insulation and total absence of gas make every stay a conscious experience. Suite Elvira, a two-room apartment of 45 square meters, combines comfort and rural charm: king-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom. From the window, only greenery and silence. The private, fully fenced garden is a haven for those seeking quiet and contact with nature. Every gesture is ecological: cleaning with natural products, rainwater collection, reuse of organic waste in agriculture. We offer our PGI organic hazelnuts and promote local businesses. An invitation to slow down, discover the slow rhythms of the countryside, move around on foot and by bicycle.
Nature and surroundings
Locality Piandamiano (Pian de Miane lett. pianoro di "Miane"), from which our country house takes its name, is surrounded by our organic hazel groves and nestled in the heart of the Langhe. Between the famous Barolo hills and the silent forests of the Alta Langa, the farmhouse offers an authentic refuge in nature. Walking through the hazel groves, you reach groves and panoramic views of the surrounding villages. The courtyard guards a small ecosystem of local plants, herbs, bee and bird houses: biodiversity is alive and respected here. In spring, primroses and wild orchids color the fields, while roe deer and other wildlife can be seen in the distance. Our attention to sustainability is reflected in every detail: reusable equipment, an invitation to drink tap water, promotion of slow mobility. Guests can recharge electric cars and bikes on site, choosing a vacation that is also good for the environment.
