Our charming vacation home welcomes you with a cozy living room with a pellet stove, comfortable seating and smart TV with German, French and Dutch channels. Free wifi, games, books and children's toys are available. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, including oven, dishwasher and Senseo coffee machine. The modern bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with flexible bed arrangements and a children's travel cot. There is also an additional separate toilet.Outside, two sunny terraces await you, where you can enjoy beautiful, weit views of the countryside. Here you will find comfortable garden furniture and all the space you need to completely unwind. Furthermore, a garden shed is available for storing bicycles, stroller or others.

Our vacation home is located in the middle of unike nature, where the borders of Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands meet. The house offers modern comfort and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing days with family and friends. Here you can not only enjoy peace and relaxation, but also experience the culture and diversity of these three countries, such as Aachen (D) with the impressive Dom and the historic city center, Maastricht (NL) vibrant city with its numerous cafes and boutiques and Liege (B), with its cultural diversity and vibrant city life. Just a few kilometers from our vacation home is the famous Drielandenpunt near Vaals. Here Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands come together. Climb the watchtower for a breathtaking panoramic view of all three countries. Take a walk or bike through the beautiful nature around the Drielandenpunt.
