Many lights that do not work.A sofa bed in the living room that is not comfortable. The bed on the ground floor is completely sagging. Bringing the trash and used bed linen back to the reception 10 kilometers away after the stay is not very welcoming. Also the list of things to do when you leave is not friendly.
