Semi-detached chalet (completely renewed in 2021) with 2 bedrooms for maximum 4 adults + 2 children under 12. Chalet Meleze was completely renewed in 2021. The chalet combines a cozy intérieur and comfort for 4 wool adults and 2 children. The living room is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump and a wood stove for the cozy winter months. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, stove and hood. You have one bedroom with a double bed 160x200, one bedroom with a lounge bed at window height 140x200 and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom with toilet has a walk-in shower.
Nature and surroundings
Vacation park Village de vacances de Oignies in the Viroin-Hermeton nature reserve 2 km from the center of Oignies-en-Thiérache, near the French border. The 80 bungalows in Village de vacances de Oignies of 6 to 8 persons are scattered in a forest of 12ha. They offer guests the warmth and hospitality of a wooden bungalow. The space between the different houses allows you to stay in peace and in harmony with nature. With some luck, you might even come across a deer, a squirrel or a wild boar. The foothills of the Ardennes offer a wonderful spectacle with each new walk, and in spring nature slowly wakes up with the first sunshine. Make a stop and see the fresh plants and flowers, take time to listen to a bird's song. In summer the temperature is pleasant, the forests protect you from high temperatures and blueberries cover the forest face. In autumn, mushrooms grow and wild animals venture to visit the park
