On the ground floor: a dining area for 4 people and a living area with a high-quality sofa bed. The living area is ideal for enjoying an aperitif or a cozy evening watching TV, as well as for relaxing or reading a book. The shower room, equipped with infrared heating, includes a sink and toilet. Upstairs is a single bedroom for 2 people. The home also has additional handrails on the stairs to ensure easy access. The large terrace with a sliding door is partially covered, making it pleasant to enjoy even during the shoulder seasons. In front of the house, there is a bike rack, ideal for sports enthusiasts.

After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:

• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €200.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
