Recently we added 3 rooms to our B&B in the front house of this farmhouse. We ourselves live in the back house (it are in fact 2 houses with separate entrances). Need a luxury overnight stay? Then choose room Molenzicht, a spacious room on the second floor. With a large bed and coffee and tea facilities, you're guaranteed a relaxing morning. The room has a large ensuite bathroom with bath, a lovely large bed with fine mattresses so you can unwind. As a guest, you are also welcome in the sunny south-facing garden, where you can enjoy several cozy seating areas. The ideal place to unwind after a day full of discoveries in the area. You may also use a spacious kitchen on the ground floor and a large living room (see photos), both exclusively for our B&B guests. Breakfast is possible from Wednesday to Sunday between 8.30 and 10.30 (to be booked separately).

About Overasselt Near the meeting place of Gelderland, Noord-Brabant and Limburg lies one of the oldest villages of the Rijk van Nijmegen: Overasselt. You stay in nature, by the river Maas and nearby the fens area. Nijmegen is 20 min away.

A very nice guest house, beautifully decorated with great furniture and beautiful colors, a very nice bathroom with bathtub and rain shower, comfortable bed. Everything is clean. The common areas are also very nice and large. Everything is available in the kitchen. You can book a breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. You notice the attention to detail here. The house is noisy, but everyone was quiet, so it wasn't a problem. The room can only be darkened a little (info for those who want it dark), sleeping goggles help. Despite the idyllic location, you can be in Nijmegen in about 15 minutes by car. Very nice hosts.

Auch die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr schön, und groß. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Man kann ein Frühstück buchen, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Man merkt hier die Liebe zum Detail. Im Haus ist es hellhörig, aber alle haben sich ruhig verhalten, dann war es kein Problem. Das Zimmer kann nur wenig abgedunkelt werden (Info für die, die es dunkel haben möchten), da hilft eine Schlafbrille. Trotz der idyllischen Lage ist man in ca. 15 min mit dem Auto in Nijmegen. Sehr nette Gastgeber.
