Welcome to Olivo!!! This is a spacious and comfortable apartment (60 m²) on the ground floor, ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people. Surrounded by a sea of olive trees, here you will enjoy peace, space and a beautiful view from your private terrace.Inside you will find a cozy living room with an open kitchen and two charming sofa beds. The separate bedroom has a double bed, an additional single bed and a large closet. The bright bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook for yourself, and bedding and towels are included. Outside, a private seating area awaits under an attractive gazebo - perfect for a leisurely meal or a glass of Chianti wine in the evening sun. On hot days, the swimming pool among the olive trees offers wonderful coolness. Thanks to its ground floor location, the apartment stays pleasantly cool, with air conditioning for added comfort.
