This is a unique place where you can be completely immersed in silence and nature. Located on a spacious estate, this oasis offers all the space you need to read, lounge and unwind in a large, private garden. As a guest, you are the only one staying in the house, providing a sense of complete peace and privacy. Guests are welcome to use the garden at the front of the house to sit outside, relax and enjoy their meals. It is a peaceful place surrounded by nature - perfect for unwinding with a good book, a cup of tea or a sunny breakfast. Just a 15-minute walk away is the center of Limoux - a charming town with cozy restaurants, boutiques and cafes. During your stay, it is possible to book day trips with me to special places in the region, such as Mount Bugarach, the mystical Montségur and several Cathar castles. The excursions are fully customized.

I felt welcomed, seen and carried in an environment that invites to slow down and deepen. Highly recommended for those looking for an ecological stay with soul, in the midst of the nature of the Cathar region.

My stay at Villa Sainte Marie was exactly what I needed: an oasis of nature, silence and simplicity, combined with Olivier's warm and attentive guidance. The property is spacious and beautifully green, with fruit trees, lots of birds and beautiful corners to sit, read or just enjoy the view. A lot of care and love has clearly been put into this place. Everything is very nicely maintained and the ecological approach of the stay is nicely integrated into the whole - something I personally really appreciate. A short walk away (about 15 minutes) you will find organic stores, local markets and cozy restaurants. Olivier knows the area incredibly well and gave fine tips for walks, special places and healthy addresses. His daily guidance is gentle, attentive and completely tailored to what you need.
