The holiday cottage has a fully equipped kitchen/living room (dishwasher, barbecue, oven, etc.), terrace with dining table, two bedrooms and bathroom (shower). There is a wood-burning stove, for which wood is provided. The cottage is 90m2 and the covered terrace 15m2. Use of swimming pool 12m x 5m x 1.35m during the summer months.
Nature and surroundings
A peaceful oasis situated on an authentic Landaise 'Arial' (farm) of 30 hectares with horses and various out buildings, in the middle of the pine trees. The village, with two gastro restaurants, a tapas bar, supermarkets, children's playground and Sunday market, is 5kms away and accessible via road or forest track. The thermal town of Dax is 30 minutes away. Total tranquility assured, this is a wildlife haven and the only noise at night is the horses galloping, the deer barking, the owls hooting... There is no traffic noise whatsoever. Plentiful hiking tracks, bicycle hire available and riding centre 1km away. The nearest beach is 30 minutes away. The Arjuzanx lake and nature reserve, where there is, amongst other things, a port for nautical activities, is situated just 20 minutes away
