Two spacious bedrooms, a modern bathroom and large windows that bring the outside in provide the perfect balance of luxury, comfort and tranquility. An atmospheric fireplace inside and outside makes the evenings extra pleasant. Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, where you can relax, get inspiration, cook delicious meals or simply socialize.

In this nature house you live inside and outside. Outside, the pool awaits, surrounded by peace and quiet, while you hear the singing of birds and the rustling of squirrels. Through the French doors you step onto the covered veranda with a spacious lounge set, dining table and outdoor fireplace. Thanks to the large canopy you sit here sheltered, even when it rains or in the evening. Lochem is within cycling distance and the Hanseatic city of Zutphen can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The nature house is adjacent to a beautiful, quiet forest and is the ideal base for walks, bike rides or a running session on scenic dirt roads. This nature house is located in the middle of the green coulisse landscape of the Achterhoek, centrally located in the Stedendriehoek between Apeldoorn and the old Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen.
