This nature house is on a small-scale nature campsite where guests come mainly for the tranquility and nature. The nature house has a sunny, fully enclosed garden with a canopy with seating area. The cottage is tastefully decorated, has a spacious living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, hall and a bathroom with shower and toilet. (No sink) Heating by new CV and a cozy stove Dogs are welcome and may be free. On the nature campsite is a fenced playground for dogs, a forest strip, a walking field and a large pond. There are pilates and yoga classes which you can join for 7,50. You can use mountain bike, rental and breakfast service. If you leave the cottage clean there is no cleaning fee. Cleaning service can be ordered for 60 euros. You can bring your own bed linen and towels. A double and single comforter is available. You can also rent a linen package, 15 euros per person.
Nature and surroundings
Nature reserve the Frisian Woods is not yet so touristy and therefore suitable for nature lovers and peace seekers. In the immediate vicinity are cycling routes and hiking areas. Nature park Lauwersmeer, bird breeding areas and cozy cities like Dokkum and Leeuwarden are nearby. The nature campsite can also be reached by public transport. A train station and stores are 5 km away.
