Nature house in Elahuizen

Het Uitzicht is a stylish, modern new building with good insulation, a solar panel system, and a ventilation system. The gas fireplace kept us warm on a few stormy, rainy days and created a cozy atmosphere. As a result, we didn’t need to use the heating. The house is located between the lakeshore and wet meadows, so there are many spiders and insects. It’s great that all the windows and the patio door are equipped with mosquito screens.

Het Uitzicht ist ein schicker moderner Neubau mit guter Dämmung, Photovoltaikanlage und Lüftungsanlage. Der Gaskamin hat uns an einigen stürmischen Regentagen gewärmt und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre geschaffen. Die Heizung brauchten wir daher nicht benutzen. Das Haus liegt zwischen Seeufer und Feuchtwiesen und daher gibt es viele Spinnen und Insekten. Sehr schön, dass alle Fenster und die Terrassentür mit Mückengittern versehen sind.

Since we were there in September, not many of the houses were occupied. As a result, it was very quiet. There was a bit more activity on the weekends, but that didn’t bother us. The garden surrounds the house. There are several trees and hedges made up of native shrubs. The garden opens up toward the lake and transitions into the communal area with a swimming dock and boat ramp.

Da wir im September dort waren, waren nicht viele Häuser bewohnt. Daher war es sehr ruhig. Nur am Wochenende war etwas mehr Betrieb, aber das hat nicht gestört. Der Garten geht rund um das Haus. Es gibt einige Bäume und Hecken mit heimischen Gehölzen. Zur Seeseite ist der Garten offen und geht über in den gemeinschaftlichen Bereich mit Badesteg und Slipanlage.

This home is very well-equipped. From a dishwasher to a clothes dryer and an iron, it has everything. The only thing missing is a television, but you can certainly manage without one for a few days.

Deze woning heeft een hoog uitrustingsniveau. Van vaatwasser tot wasdroger en strijkijzer, het is er. Alleen een televisie ontbreekt, maar je kunt best enkele dagen zonder.

This vacation home is situated in a quiet location by the lake. You won’t hear any traffic noise or other unnatural sounds—just the lapping water and birds.
And the view is fantastic! You can see for kilometers.
Almost every morning started with a dip in the water—a refreshing way to begin the day.
And the lakeshore and dock are perfect for fishing. In just one hour, our son caught ten fish.

Deze vakantiewoning ligt op een rustige locatie aan het meer. Je hoort er geen verkeerslawaai of andere onnatuurlijke geluiden; alleen het kabbelende water en vogels.
En het uitzicht is fantastisch! Je kijkt kilometers ver weg.
Bijna elke ochtend begon met een sprong in het water; een frisse start van de dag.
En ook de walkant en steiger nodigen uit om te vissen. In een uur tijd ving onze zoon tien vissen.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful setting!

Fijn huisje in een prachtige omgeving!

A very nice cottage—practically furnished and clean. The location is beautiful! And from the “backyard,” you can walk right into the Fluessen. We did a lot of swimming and stand-up paddleboarding.

Heel fijn huisje, praktisch ingericht en schoon huisje. De ligging is prachtig! En vanuit de ‘achtertuin’ kun je zo de Fluessen op/in. We hebben veel gezwommen en gesupt.
