Nature house in Journet

We found it beautifully located and beautifully decorated. Within 10 minutes drive is Montmorrilon, a town with all amenities and also with a beautiful center, where among other things we visited the Musée du Macaron (really nice to do). But if you come purely for rest, walking or cycling (which, by the way, are also available at the accommodation) it is also lovely here. In the vicinity are many fields with sunflowers. At the farewell we received home-made jam, which tastes delicious!

Wij vonden het prachtig gelegen en mooi ingericht. Binnen 10 minuten rijden ligt Montmorrilon, een plaatsje met alle voorzieningen en ook nog eens met een prachtig centrum, waar wij onder meer een bezoek hebben gebracht aan het Musée du Macaron (echt leuk om te doen). Maar als je puur komt voor de rust, wandelen of fietsen (die overigens ook bij de accommodatie aanwezig zijn) is het hier ook heerlijk. In de omgeving zijn vele velden met zonnebloemen te zien. Bij het afscheid kregen wij nog eigen gemaakte jam mee naar huis, die overheerlijk smaakt!

This location is very quiet and consists of (currently) 3 stays. We stayed in the 4 person location. It has a beautiful living room with spacious luxury kitchen and very spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. The master bedroom is spacious and has a lovely bed. In the 2nd bedroom (which is also spacious and had wonderful luxury beds) we missed a window. This bedroom has a door to the other bedroom and a double door to the living room, so it didn't quite feel like a bedroom. In both bedrooms we missed real closet space, especially in the bedroom without a window.There is a lovely large backyard with table, chairs, booth chairs and a barbecue. In the kitchen there is a luxury fully automatic espresso machine, waamee you can make several types of coffees. There is also a washing machine, which also dries. The Dutch owners are still busy expanding the domaine for guests. Our accommodation was only just finished.

Deze locatie is heel rustig gelegen en bestaat uit (thans) 3 verblijven. Wij verbleven in de 4 persoons locatie. Die heeft een prachtige woonkamer met ruime luxe keuken en heel ruime badkamer met douche, bad en dubbele wastafel. De grote slaapkamer is ruim en heeft een heerlijk bed. In de 2e slaapkamer (die ook ruim is en heerlijke luxe bedden had) misten we een raam. Deze slaapkamer heeft een deur naar de andere slaapkamer en een dubbele deur naar de woonkamer, waardoor het niet helemaal voelde als een slaapkamer. In beide slaapkamers misten we echte kastruimte, vooral in de slaapkamer zonder raam.

Er is een heerlijke grote achtertuin met tafel, stoelen, standenstoelen en een barbecue. In de keuken is een luxe volautomatische espressomachine aanwezig, waamee je diverse soorten koffies kunt maken. Er is ook een wasmachine, die tevens droogt.

De Nederlandse eigenaren zijn nog druk bezig om het domaine verder uit te breiden voor gasten. Onze accommodatie was nog maar net klaar.
