Enjoy luxury and comfort in our recently renovated 6-person holiday home in Winterswijk, in the middle of the beautiful Achterhoek. With 100 m² of living space on a spacious plot of 830 m² you will enjoy peace, privacy and nature. The house is tastefully and modernly decorated, equipped with all amenities, including a whirlpool bath and sauna. The house has three comfortable bedrooms with luxury box springs and two bathrooms. For guests with reduced mobility, there is a bedroom with adjoining bathroom on the ground floor. The spacious garden with several terraces offers all-day sun and borders a forest at the rear, while at the front you look out over meadows. There is a private driveway with space for three cars and an attractive veranda to enjoy in peace. Inside you will find an open kitchen with modern appliances, a cozy dining area and a cozy living room with large windows overlooking the garden and providing plenty of natural light.
Nature and surroundings
This Nature House, located in the beautiful hedgerow landscape of the Achterhoek, offers an ideal base for nature lovers and active people. The varied environment of meadows, forest strips and dirt roads invites endless walking and cycling. A challenging mountain bike route runs directly past the house, and horseback riders can also enjoy the many bridle paths. It is even possible to bring your own horse on vacation. There is also a golf course in the area, and recreational area 't Hilgelo is just steps away for relaxation by the water. Despite the tranquility of the countryside, the center of Winterswijk with stores and cozy terraces is only 3 km away. It is also the ideal base for visiting Germany, thanks to its location near the border. This cottage combines tranquility, nature and active opportunities in the heart of the Achterhoek.
