Our lovely spacious forest and nature house in Oldebroek is located in the middle of a spacious forest plot (2.2 Ha). There is a large lawn, a pond (not a swimming pond) and a huge terrace with several places to enjoy. In the garden there is a water barrel dug in as a cold water bath. The first floor is very spacious, with a separate TV room and a lovely bright extension. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, a master bedroom with an electrically adjustable bed (200*190), 2 children's bedrooms with bunk beds (beds electrically adjustable, 200*80cm), and a guest room with a twin bed (200*90cm). The bathroom has a double sink, toilet, shower and bathtub.The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and large refrigerator.In the pantry are a washer and dryer.We heat the house with our fireplace stove, there is also a heat/cold air conditioner.The trampoline has no security. The property is lockable, we normally live in the house ourselves.
Nature and surroundings
It is a wonderfully spacious, and free place with many birds in the forest of Oldebroek. Directly adjacent to freely accessible forest, near meadows and the older polder landscape towards the Veluwe Lake. There are many opportunities for walks and bike rides. The beautiful nature reserve "de Dellen", the old polder landscape bordering the former Zuiderzee. Old/fun towns nearby are Elburg (8km), Hattem (13km), Epe (15km), Kampen (18km) Zwolle (18km). And for swimming fun there are swimming pools: Landall estate t Loo (2km), open air swimming pool Hokseberg (t Harde, 3km), swimming pool de Veldkamp (Wezep 7km), Zwembad de Brake (Nunspeet, 9km). The Veluwe lake is also easy to cycle to.
