At first we thought it was due to the fact that one of our cars was charging but the power also went out when no car was charging.This happened when we were using the fire to fry eggs in the morning.Very annoying! I then contacted the central number. The lady was able to tell me how to turn off the "alarm sound" but she couldn't do anything else remotely, of course.
