Peace, privacy and space those are the first words that fit this cottage. Its location on a dead-end path with no through traffic makes it especially quiet and safe, even for the little ones. Four bedrooms provide enough space for the whole party, and the built-in fireplace makes evenings cozy. But the real surprise is in the bathroom: a bathtub with shower on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove and convection oven, outside there are two tiled terraces to the front and rear with BBQ and garden furniture. The heat pump ensures comfort in every season.
Nature and surroundings
In front of the door begins the forest. Varenpad 2 is located at the edge of Domaine Le Boulac in Izier, with a direct view on the adjacent forest and hiking trails that lead you right into the green. The area is part of a Natura 2000 site, one of the most valuable natural areas in the Belgian Ardennes, rich in flora and fauna that you won't find anywhere else. Whether you want quiet walks, brisk cycling or just want to enjoy the silence, it's all possible here. And if you are ready for some more activity: Durbuy is about 20 minutes away, with its terraces, medieval streets and the river Ourthe for a kayaking adventure.
