This nature house is a former stable which has been completely transformed into an apartment. There is a surprising amount of space in this apartment and with folding doors you look out over the countryside. Unlike many other accommodations, I also offer the cottage for single nights for guests passing through. Therefore, there is an extra folding mattress available to add a fifth person. Always handy when you are just 5 people. There is also a camp bed, high chair and toys / books available. You have a private driveway, with terrace, is shielded from the neighbors, giving you lots of privacy. The garden is not fenced. Will you come and enjoy?
Nature and surroundings
There are numerous opportunities to go into nature in the area. Right outside the door of the apartment is the Marumerlage, for bird lovers the place to be, including bird watching tower. You will also find in the immediate vicinity nature reserves as, the Jiltdijksheide, Curringheveld, Trimunt, Coendersbosch, Haarsterbosch and other beautiful hiking and biking opportunities. In the village, 3 km from the nature house away, are all kinds of facilities including bike rental (bike can be charged at the house) AH, Lidl, Hema, Kruidvat, pizzeria's, restaurant and Zuskes Lunchroom. There is much more to discover in other villages in the vicinity. For example, the woods and heathland in Bakkeveen/Wijnjewoude are highly recommended. In the summer there are 2 recreational lakes nearby (strandheem and watermill) + the village swimming pool Wotterwille.
