Unwind in this stylish cottage on the forest edge of Domaine Le Boulac. The beautiful original tiled floor, wood stove and spacious sitting area with two sofas and armchairs immediately give the cottage that warm, burgundy atmosphere. Just make some coffee (filter or Senseo, you choose) and then settle down. This is how a good vacation day begins. But the real advantage? The two spacious terraces, at the front and back. So there is always a spot in the sun or in the shade. Extensive breakfast outside, barbecuing at night or just relaxing with a book, it's all possible. The children sleep on the bunk bed upstairs, the grown-ups have their own bedrooms, and in the evening everyone gathers around the fire. Just the way a vacation should be.
Nature and surroundings
Right behind the front door, the forest begins. Fern Path 5 is located at the forest edge of Domaine Le Boulac in Izier, in the middle of a Natura 2000 area where nature takes its course. Step outside and walk among the ferns and trees, listen to the birds or seek shade on a hot summer afternoon. Quiet, green and exactly as you hope to find it. For those who want to go a little further, hiking and cycling routes are right outside the door. The rolling Ardennes countryside is perfect for a bike ride or a brisk walk through the hills. And for those who want to relax in a cozy environment after all that outdoor activity: Durbuy is about a 20-minute drive away. The smallest town in the world has streets to get lost in, terraces to sit on and the Ourthe to kayak on. That's really all you need.
