Unwind in our nature house, a stylishly renovated, detached bungalow at Domaine le Boulac, nestled in the heart of the green Ardennes. The house accommodates 6 adults and 1 baby or toddler. Enjoy the authentic tile floor, cozy fireplace, and modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and filter coffee maker. There are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with a toilet and shower, Wi-Fi, and a TV with a DVD player. Outside, a sheltered, south-facing private terrace awaits, complete with patio furniture and a parasol. You can store your bike in the shed, for example. Thanks to its location near the reception, playground, swimming pool, and Brasserie le Hibou, the park’s facilities are within easy reach. The heated outdoor pool is open from June through mid-September. The park also features fishing ponds, a tennis court, a soccer field, and a petanque court. Please bring your own sports equipment. From the bungalow, you can walk or bike directly into the wooded countryside. Pets are not allowed.
Nature and surroundings
Eikenpad 7 is located in the green heart of the Ardennes, in a wooded area near protected Natura 2000 nature reserves. From the bungalow, you can walk or bike right into nature, along winding forest trails, past stream valleys, and over rolling hills. With a little luck, you might spot deer, hares, and rare birds. The surroundings invite you to slow down, take a deep breath, and fully enjoy the peace and nature. Yet there’s also plenty to do. About a 20-minute drive away is Durbuy, with its charming streets, cozy outdoor cafes, and local Ardennes specialties. Kayaking on the Ourthe, biking, hiking, and adventure activities are also among the possibilities. Whether you choose an active day outdoors or prefer to quietly enjoy the wooded surroundings: from Eikenpad 7, you can discover the Ardennes at your own pace.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 24 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
