This detached cottage is located on Domaine Le Boulac in Izier, municipality of Durbuy, in the middle of the Natura 2000 area. On a wooded path, facing south - tranquility is a given here. Inside, the authentic tiled floor, fireplace and modern kitchen provide a warm and characterful atmosphere. The house can accommodate 6 adults and 1 baby or toddler. Outside is a sheltered private south-facing terrace, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing. Nature and surroundings
This small-scale park is nestled in the hills and forests, with over one hundred detached bungalows scattered in open spaces in the greenery. Streams cross the park and flow into two natural reservoirs - where, with luck, you may spot a beaver at the beaver lodge at sunrise or sunset. Fire salamanders, hazelworms, butterflies and numerous bird species also feel at home here. In the spring the forest turns a fairytale white because of thousands of wood anemones. From your bungalow you can walk or cycle straight into nature: along stream valleys, rocks and open plains. Bordering the park are several Natura 2000 areas, rich in special plants and animals. A paradise for nature lovers!
