Two stylish bathrooms with bath, shower and toilet provide optimal comfort, and there is also an extra shower with separate toilet (very suitable for 2 families). In the cozy living room you can relax on the comfortable sofa, play a game at the game table or enjoy music and television. Whether you come with family or friends, this nature house feels like a second home - but with an extra touch of French charm!
Nature and surroundings
The house is located on the outskirts of a charming village, amidst vast meadows, allowing you to fully enjoy peace and nature. Yet you do not have to miss anything: just 1,500 meters away you will find two supermarkets and a great bakery. In the village itself there is plenty to do. Hit a ball on the tennis or golf course, rent a few (electric) bikes or let the children enjoy the fun play park. The area is a nature lover's paradise: take beautiful bike rides, paddle leisurely down the Loire in a canoe or discover the serene beauty of the forest on a hike. Take the area road trip Route71 to discover the entire area. Here, relaxation and adventure come together effortlessly! In May, June, July and August, you can also enjoy the spacious pool in the backyard.
