This accommodation is a one-bedroom studio on the ground floor of our farmhouse. The studio is fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. The bed is made and towels are waiting for you. From the private outdoor terrace (with garden furniture) you have a beautiful view over the valley. The studio has air conditioning / heating. (From May to October you can use the swimming pool with sun terrace and deck chairs. Our grounds of over 4 hectares consist of 2 grain fields and an olive grove with about 400 trees. We produce our own organic olive oil. Washer and dryer available (cost 5 euros per dry / wash incl detergent) Washing racks are available. Breakfast is possible and costs 12.50 per person per day. Nature and surroundings
The farm is at 500 meters altitude and is located 1500 meters outside the village. It lies against the Monti Martani (1000 meters high) which is a beautiful area for hiking/hiking and mountain biking. Our grounds of over 4 hectares consist of 2 grain fields and an olive grove with approximately 400 trees. We produce our own organic olive oil. Massa Martana is centrally located in Umbria and is ideal for day trips to historic cities such as Assisi, Todi, Perugia and Orvieto. The Cascate delle Marmore (waterfalls) are also worthwhile. In the vicinity you will find many historical (Etruscan/Roman sights). In the culinary field there is also much to experience as the many restaurants, wineries and olive groves. In our village you will find a supermarket, butcher, bakery, bar and pharmacy.
