Located at the edge of the picturesque village of Penna San Giovanni, this farmhouse offers a perfect balance of rustic charm and modern convenience, situated on a more than spacious plot. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you enter an oasis of calm surrounded by unspoiled nature, rolling hills, majestic mountains and serene silence. There are two other houses located on this cul-de-sac, which are generally little used. Casa Campodanzo stands on 6 acres of land, has its own private garden, parking, a swimming pool with sun loungers all around, an outdoor kitchen and bocce court, and a cozy lounge area.
