    Very nice and well-appointed, quiet, clean. No noise. Great food. A lovely swimming pond. Totally relaxing.

    It’s truly idyllic. Very quiet—at night you can hear the crickets and see the Milky Way. The swimming pond with the two ducks was lovely for swimming, and it was also a great spot to relax in a lounge chair and read. Elke and Uwe are very nice hosts; they gave us tips on hiking and restaurants. Despite the heat, it was quite comfortable there; we were able to keep the gîte well-ventilated even at night.
