lissartel is an old hamlet in Viala du Tarn on the river le lavandou. At present there stands one cottage and some ruins. It is an oasis of tranquility (except for the sound of the babbling brook). You can make beautiful walks without taking the car. The property borders a "reserve naturel" in wooded area. As soon as you walk you can enjoy beautiful views. The cottage itself is located in the river valley. The house is +/- 500 m from a paved road and is sometimes difficult to reach by car. In summer and when the weather is nice, you can drive down the earth road backwards by car to +/- 50 m from the house. A private bridge over the river will take you to the house. The location is not suitable for small children or people who are not fit or do not want to make an effort.The house consists of a small living room, bathroom and bedroom. Everything is there to make a pleasant stay possible. There are 2 blissful terraces with an outdoor kitchen.
Nature and surroundings
Are you looking for peace and nature but at the same time a fun environment ... then you've come to the right place. From the cottage you can undertake fanastic walks (day trips, smaller walks). The cottage is located 10 minutes drive from a beach with beach bar and restaurant on the Tarn where you can swim with the possibility of water sports (Mas de naucq). You can also go to the beach in St rome du Tarn. On the reservoir Lac du pareloup you can sail by jet ski or motorboat. There are also numerous flea markets and you can also visit several Templar towns. Millau and its famous bridge are 40 min away. Besides all the beauty to discover, it is also just nice to stay at home and enjoy the river and the tranquility.
