This nature house is a compact detached vacation home completely renovated in 2023 with garden, inner harbor and has a direct connection to the Slotermeer.The nature house has all the comforts, a dining/living room with dining table and comfortable seating area. The open kitchen includes a multifunction oven, dishwasher and Jura coffee machine. On the ground floor is a double sofa bed and bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The second floor, accessed by stairs from the hall, features a large bedroom; with a double bed and three twin beds. Through the French doors in the living room you can reach the garden on the waterfront. The garden borders directly on the water. Here you can rig sails, go out with a (motor) boat and/or endlessly enjoy the beautiful view with its tranquility and space.

Slapen boven vonden wij wel wat krap voor met vieren met steile trap zonder leuning voor de kids ‘s nachts, dus we hebben de bedbank beneden in de woonkamer gebruikt, wat overigens prima voldeed, want beneden is genoeg ruimte.
Nature, peace & environment:Fine base to go on the water on nice quiet park with also the coziness of Balk nearby. Nice other places within cycling distance. Cottage is well equipped in terms of kitchen, bathroom and garden furniture. Nice spacious garden. Big plus is being able to use the boat at the house. Pleasant contact with the owner. Nice week with our family. We may come back again.
Fijne uitvalsbasis om het water op te gaan op lekker rustig gelegen park met ook de gezelligheid van Balk dichtbij. Leuke andere plaatsen op fietsafstand. Huisje is goed voorzien qua keuken, badkamer en tuinmeubels. Lekker ruime tuin. Grote plus is het kunnen gebruiken in overleg van bootje bij het huis. Prettig contact met de eigenaar. Leuke week gehad met ons gezin. We komen wellicht nog eens terug.
