From July 2025 you can stay in this new polder villa with a living space of over 109m2. We had an interior stylist take pictures of the interior and exterior. The pictures of the interior and exterior are as realistic as possible representation of what you can expect from this vacation home. The living room offers a comfortable sofa and two luxurious armchairs. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with a built-in stove, a fridge-freezer, a combination microwave and a dishwasher. You will also find the dining table with four dining chairs attached. The large bedroom is furnished with two high-low beds and a closet. From the bedroom you enter the adapted bathroom which is fully wheelchair accessible. The villa also has another smaller bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Nature and surroundings
This vacation home has a unique location: it stands in the yard of our farm, in the middle of the polder surrounded by arable land. The house has a spacious terrace (30m2) with garden furniture at the back, from which you can overlook the Zeeland fields. Only 750 meters away is the Grevelingenmeer. The picturesque town of Brouwerhaven is less than 5 minutes away by car.
