Nature house in Bomal-Sur-Ourthe

The back part vh ground floor turned out to be private. As a result nt accessible to the back terrace and mini garden unless through the front. Was not mentioned in the offer. There was also no room provided as a lounge with TV. 1 bedroom had TV, we had to make do with that. There were therefore 16 beds in the house but only 12 chairs around the tables ... Also not reported that the property was located next to a much larger house vr 30 people. This property had a power outage on Sunday evening which caused the drainage pump nt to work. This pump turned out to be common...we were not informed...Sunday morning also with us water problems because of this...dishwasher and showering impossible. Sinks in both kitchens started overflowing Sunday morning, so we started bailing and throwing bins full of water outside.... What score can I give on all this? I don't think much.The location of the property in function of nature was super good!

Het achterste deel vh gelijkvloers bleek privé. Hierdoor nt toegankelijk voor het achterterras en minituintje, tenzij via de voorkant. Werd niet gemeld in de aanbieding. Er was ook geen ruimte voorzien als salon met TV.
1 slaapkamer had TV, daarmee moesten we het doen. Er waren hierdoor 16 slaapplaatsen in het huis maar wel maar 12 stoelen rond de tafels...
Ook niet gemeld dat het pand gelegen was naast een veel grotere woning vr 30 personen. Deze woning kreeg op zondagavond elektriciteitspanne waardoor de afwateringspomp nt meer werkte. Deze pomp bleek gemeenschappelijk...wij werden niet op de hoogte gebracht...zondagochtend ook bij ons wateroverlast hierdoor...vaatwasser en douchen onmogelijk. Wasbakken in beide keukens begonnen zondagochtend over te lopen, dus zijn we beginnen hozen en bakken vol met water naar buiten gegooid... welke score kan ik op dit alles geven? Ik denk niet veel.
De ligging van het pand in functie van de natuur was super goed!

Excellent location, beautiful nature. No noise pollution from the neighboring large "nature house".

Uitstekende ligging, mooie natuur. Geen geluidsoverlast van het naburige grote 'natuurhuisje'.

Pleasant stay, as well as pleasant communication with management. Sofa set which is in brochure was not present. Because of this we had to spend all our days sitting on bad chairs. Sleeping quarters pleasant and sufficiently clean.

Prettig verblijf gehad, alsook prettige communicatie met beheer.
Bankstel wat in brochure staat was niet aanwezig. Hebben hierdoor alle dagen op slecht zittende stoelen moeten doorbrengen. Mag de pret verder niet drukken.
Slaapverblijven aangenaam en voldoende schoon.
