It features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with two sleeper sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. High-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a washer, and a dryer are provided. Parking is available right outside the door. Check-in is flexible. We’ve made access to the apartments easier by providing a key box. Less than 70 km east of Munich, our apartments are located on a private road, surrounded by nature in an idyllic, secluded setting with cattle, chickens, deer, and birds. The location is an ideal starting point for day trips. The accommodations are situated right on the Inn Cycle Path and centrally located between Munich, Salzburg, and Passau. Not far from us lies Lake Chiemsee, the “Bavarian Sea,” with its beautiful Herrenchiemsee Palace. The balcony overlooking Gutenburg Castle is a great place to relax. You can also enjoy the garden, where you can pick fruit depending on the season. You’ll have your own parking spot, and you’re warmly welcome. After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:

• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
