This baker's cottage belongs to the square farm of the same name and is located in the middle of nature. Located in the triangle Mechelen-Leuven-Brussels makes it easy to get anywhere. Our cottage has on the ground floor a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, a cooking area with refrigerator, dining area and sitting area. The bedroom is on the second floor, accessible only by a narrow staircase. Attached to the cottage is also a terrace with seating and a barbecue, and space for parking the car. The cottage is heated with a pellet stove, which provides coziness in winter and cold days.We want to create peace with our cottage, and have chosen not to install a TV. Thus, nature can be fully enjoyed.
Nature and surroundings
Situated in the Leibeek Valley, it consists of the Haachts Broek, Schorisgat and the Schoonbroek. Near the Haachts Broek nature reserve, there is also the Antitankgracht and the Hoogstamboomgaard. The Hooiberg is located southwest of the Haacht Leibeek valley and borders Boortmeerbeek. Nature areas in Haacht: - Antitankgracht - Haachts Broek - Plantsoenbos The nature house is located in the middle of nature in Haacht. Haacht is a green community where you can walk and cycle to your heart's content. The dikes of the Leuven canal and the Dijle are popular places, as is the nature reserve of the Antitank canal.
